FC 26 Season 1 Rewards (Tomori & Rogers) Not Received

Hi,

I’m writing because I didn’t receive my FC 26 Season 1 rewards — specifically the Tomori and Rogers player items.

In my game, both players appear without a check mark as if they weren’t claimed, yet I also can’t claim them again. The reward screen clearly shows they are unavailable even though I qualified for them.

I’ve also taken a screenshot showing that the players are unchecked and the rewards are not accessible.

Could you please review this and help me receive the rewards I earned?
