FC Points transfer from FC 25 to FC 26

I bought 5900 points in FC 25, after purchasing these points, I clicked in FC 26 on the button "transfer points from FC 25 to FC 26" button, but only 50 of the 5950 that were on my account were transferred. It is important to note that I first bought the points, and after that I clicked on the "transfer from FC 25 to FC 26" button. Please solve the problem, as I did not plan to waste money on the previous version of the game. I can't understand why your functionality isn't working properly. Thank you.
