FC Pro November Cup

So I’m currently playing the fc pro cup, as I’m bang average I’m only playing it for the pro badge I’ve won 1 and lost 4, I’ve played 5 games. It’s saying I’m on 0/5 games. Why is this and is anyone else having this issue I just want my badge 😂
