FC Pro Objectives reward not granted (YouTube & Twitch linked) — urgent

Hello EA Support,

I completed the FC Pro objectives in Ultimate Team after linking my EA account to both YouTube and Twitch, but the reward has not been granted.

Details:

Region: Itlaly
Objective name: FC Pro 

What I did:

Linked my EA account to YouTube and Twitch

Watched the required FC Pro livestream(s) with drops enabled

Claimed the drop(s) on the platform

Restarted the game and logged out/in multiple times

Issue:
The objective progress did not update and the reward was not unlocked.

This is time-sensitive for me, so could you please check my account entitlements and grant the missing reward? I can provide screenshots of the linked accounts, drop claim, and watch history if needed.
