FUT gameplay and store faulty

Hey, so a couple of things!
My players don’t move when I play FUT??? 
Why?? 
I play on PC with an Xbox controller… 
Whilst I can play against the computer as soon as I go against anyone online my players don’t move! What’s going on!?  

Second thing, I go to buy coins from the store and it doesn’t allow it, it says ‘ Loading platform client overlay. Please wait.’
Then it freezes and I have to restart the game.
