Gauntlet 4 - game crash

2 days ago I reported that every time I win or lose a game in the gauntlet 4 I get kicked out of ultimate team , 

I spoke to 3 ea advisors , one of the advisors recomended me to close the game don't exit ultimate team , which I did . Now I cannot back into ultimate team . 
the next advisor told me to delete and redownload the game , I can connect to the servers I can't play clubs and online friendlies , but can't get into ultimate team, 

I can go to ultimate team on my companion app and on web app  but console is not working , 

I have even tried different wifis and different consoles and still can't log in . 

please can someone assist
