I can't access the web app or companion app for my account

I can't access the web or companion app for my account it keeps saying there's an error and to sign in via PC or Console which I have done already is there a fix to this??

    You won’t be able to unlock Web App access if you’re only playing the 10-hour Trial version of the game. To gain access, please log in through the full version once it’s available to you. After that, play the game and complete the required objectives to unlock Web App access.

    But I thought you only had to unlock the market if you were a new player? I’ve had UT every single year it’s been out and my whole web app is now locked apart from team selection? And I still can’t get access to the game through the trial
