Hi I just finished a back and forth champs match that I won 3-2, and immediately after the final whistle got logged out of EA servers and I received the disconnection warning when I logged back in (I was able to log back in immediately - no issues with our internet).

I won a champs match and it kicked me out of ultimate team before I claimed the win so this made it count as a loss and I’m really mad because I could get my first red pick with it. Sort this out

I got kicked out of my champs game after I had already won and ref blew whistle. It gave me a loss and now my rewards are worsened for champs. Why do I punish myself by playing this game.

I am sick and tired of this. I have been kicked out of many different champs matches after winning the game. This causes me to get the loss. This issue is mainly in champs matches. If anyone also has this problem please like and re write this message cause I feel it is disgraceful that I am getting a loss after winning a game. This has resulted me in getting the wrong amount of rewards as I should have won. Ea sports if u see this I want a valid reason or compensation. Thank you.

So for the past two weeks, I have been having serious issues with the EA servers and in-game disconnects. I disconnected 4 times in FUT Champs games last week and twice this week so far, with 7 left to play. The connection is fine, and then boom. A disconnect is random. I've deleted the Cache, deleted my squad, and changed cross-play off and then on again. I'm on PC and connected with a powerline adaptor. My Nvidia drivers and PC updates are all up to date. I'm a streamer, and this is now affecting my views/ subs as my weekend league records are hit with these disconnects. I cannot continue playing with it like this and will have to give the game up if there's no solution or update.
Any help would be appreciated.

I am writing to formally express my deep frustration and displeasure regarding a serious technical issue I experienced in EA Sports FC 26’s Ultimate Team FUT Champions game mode, which has directly and unfairly affected my competitive results.
During a FUT Champions match, I played the game to completion and won the match fairly and decisively. However, immediately after the final whistle, the game displayed a disconnection error and — to my absolute disbelief — recorded the result as a loss on my record. This is not only technically unacceptable, it is genuinely infuriating for a player who invested time, effort, and resources into competing at that level.
I want to be unequivocally clear: the fault lies entirely with EA’s servers or client-side software, not with my connection or equipment. To have a hard-earned victory stripped away and replaced with a loss due to a bug within your own platform is a significant failure on EA’s part, and one that should not be taken lightly.
FUT Champions is one of the most demanding and high-stakes modes in the game. Players pour considerable time into qualifying and competing, and results carry real consequences in terms of rewards and rankings. A bug of this nature is not a minor inconvenience — it is a direct injustice to the player experience and a breach of the basic trust we place in your platform to function correctly.
I am formally requesting the following:
1. An investigation into the technical fault that caused this erroneous result.
2. A correction of my match record to accurately reflect the win I legitimately earned.
3. Any associated rewards that should have been granted based on the corrected result.
4. A commitment from EA Sports that this issue is being actively addressed to prevent it from affecting other players.
I expect this matter to be treated with the seriousness it deserves. I have been a loyal EA Sports customer for many years, and situations like this severely undermine confidence in the platform. I sincerely hope EA takes responsibility and resolves this promptly.

I played FUT Champions and won two matches. After the full-time whistle, I was disconnected and both matches were recorded as losses. This happened twice and affected my Champs record. Please investigate possible server or match-processing issues on my account and review the match history.
