Sorry to hear that there's been a problem receiving the FC Points you purchased.
It's great that you've already opened a case with EA Help, since the team there is best equipped to support account-related requests like yours. As long as you purchased FC Points from a trusted retailer, the team should be able to work with you or point you in the right direction to address this. If not, then you'll need to contact the retailer you purchased the points from, as we won't be able to help.
Alternatively, at your discretion, you can use the EA Wallet balance to purchase FC Points per the steps on this page. Though the number of points you can purchase using the balance in EA Wallet may differ from the gift card for 500 FC Points that was purchased.
