Is EA going to reimburse me the cost of my FC 26 Ultimate edition?

Question

I preordered FC26 Ultimate edition to build a competitive team using the early access. I played and completed all foundation objectives, except for 'Market Mastery' and 'Path to Pro', but still have no access to transfer market.

As a result I am stuck and unable to make any progress with a team inferior to most of any other player.

I contacted EA support and they are surprised by this glitch. They gave me a case number but did not commit to any specific time frame to fix this.

It is unlikely they will fix this in the next week.

Did anyone else experience the same issue?

What is point of buying ultimate edition and having early access if you cannot build your team?

Is EA going to reimburse me for it?

I just found this post on Reddit, where a user claim that this is a bug that manifest when you complete "on your way" using the companion app. According to him a similar bug was present, but never solved in FC25. I really hope that not to be the case. I don't see the point of having an FC account if you are locked out of the market....
