market banned

hi i do not know why but. igot market banned one day i i opened my team many players were missing from my club and the next day i got market banned i dunno wt i can do i lost my players and then got banned its sad for me not to be able to play the game with the fun of the market i never traded with players or anything like that please tell me wt i can do remove my ban
