Mass False Bans for “Balance Transfer” on PC

I just had this happen to my account I switched mid December to pc and got banned Jan 31st for supposedly buying or selling coins and I barely even unlocked the transfer market like maybe 5 days before my ban I packed tradable Ronaldinho and sold him and use the coins to buy pack in the store and that really all the selling I’ve done in the market usually just buy packs and play after work or when I get the chance! I appealed and got denied but I haven’t bought or sold coins or would risk my account by doing that with the money I put into my team and I’m just at a loss that I can’t talk to actual human just have to put my trust into some bs detection security! I just want my account back I miss being able to play super unfortunate this has been a continuous issue for the community can any actual ea employee help or find answers for me?
