Matchmaking Issue in Rivals

Hi EA,

I believe there might be an issue with the matchmaking on my account. I'm currently in Division 8/9 but I've consistently been matched against players from higher divisions such as 4-7. This makes the games quite unbalanced and difficult to enjoy.

Could you please check if there's an issue with my matchmaking system or account status? I'd really appreciate it if I could be matched with players closer to my division so the games feel fair and competetive.

Also, as a suggestion, if higher-division players are being matched with lower divisions, perhaps it would make more sense for their rank to adjust accordingly rather than allowing them to face much lower-ranked players.
