Messed up transfer market

I bought both the PS4 and PS5 versions of EAFC26 and accidentally began my FUT gameplay on the PS4 version and then swapped over to play on the PS5 version (on the same console). After doing that, I can no longer access my transfer list or transfer targets whenever I'm on the PS5 version - it only works when I'm playing on the PS4 version and I would like to completely ditch the PS4 version, even fully delete it from my console, but I can't do that without losing access to the market...

I have no idea how to even begin to fix this issue and EA support isn't doing anything, I already submitted a ticket and haven't heard back for weeks.
