Missing Evo From pre season store

I redeemed the Prime Motion Evolution from the Pre-Season Token Store for 100 Pre-Season Tokens. My tokens were deducted, but Prime Motion disappeared from the Token Store and does not appear in My Evolutions or the available Evolutions list. I have not used the Evolution on another player. I intended to use it on my 94-rated Didier Drogba ICON. Please restore the Prime Motion Evolution or return the 100 Pre-Season Tokens.

    Bought prime iconic attacker evo last night now its gone haven't used it. Also prime motion not showing now.
