Missing FC points

I purchased 5600 points on 16 January at 18:33 for TOTY. You did not deliver those points, so I raised a case with you (235376861). You closed the case without resolving my issue. Please can you sort...

    Hello ROSSSS1992​,

    did you buy the points directly through EA or a third party seller?

    Please make sure the points are for FC 26 and that you didn't accidentally purchase points for FC 25 or earlier. If you bought points for a previous edition of FC, there's nothing that can be done.

    We cannot help with account issues and purchases here in the forum - I'd ask you to please open another case with support once you confirm that the points are for FC 26 to figure out what exactly went wrong.
