Hello ROSSSS1992,

did you buy the points directly through EA or a third party seller?

Please make sure the points are for FC 26 and that you didn't accidentally purchase points for FC 25 or earlier. If you bought points for a previous edition of FC, there's nothing that can be done.

We cannot help with account issues and purchases here in the forum - I'd ask you to please open another case with support once you confirm that the points are for FC 26 to figure out what exactly went wrong.

You have just sent me an email saying "to get help faster, start a chat with Advisor on EA Help".

I have followed your steps, but there is no clear way of starting a chat.

Please make this easy for me and sort my issue.

If you follow follow this link , fill out the form (topic: in-game currency and rewards), and send it off, what options of contacting Support are given there? It should give you the option to start a chat if you scroll down past the recommended articles.
