Missing premium pass
Hello,
I pre ordered FC26 on ultimate edition and i have not recieved the season 1 premium pass that was promised with the pre order.
yes i have relogged into the services.
what to do?

Same here. I got my Icon-pack and FIFA-points. I tried contacting EA Support, but they closed my case and directed me to PlayStation Support. Unfortunately, PlayStation has shut down their support site in my country, so I’m unable to reach them.
