My Account Was Banned While It Was Hacked

Hello EA Support Team, I am here because my EA account was banned in EA SPORTS FC 26, and I strongly believe this was a mistake. I would like to request a manual review of my case by a senior specialist. Before the ban happened, my account was compromised and accessed by someone else without my permission. I later recovered my account, but it is possible that actions taken during the unauthorized access triggered an automated ban. I have always played fairly and respected the rules of the game. I never used cheats, hacks, scripts, or third-party tools. I did not buy or sell coins from any external site. I only used players in SBCs normally, without any exploit or manipulation. I encountered cheaters and reported them, and I have screenshots as proof. I purchased the game legally through Epic Games and can provide the purchase receipt. It seems that my previous appeal was handled automatically, so I am requesting a manual case-by-case review. Additionally, because the ban is linked to my Epic Games account and email, I am unable to play Ultimate Team even if I create a new EA account. I am not trying to bypass the ban. I simply want to play the game fairly again. So I respectfully request one of the following: 1. Remove the ban if the manual review confirms that I did not violate any rules, or 2. If the ban must remain, please disconnect my Epic Games account and email from the banned EA account so that I may start fresh with a new EA account. Thank you for your time and understanding.   • Thank you for your response. I have already appealed twice, but both times the decision was the same even though I strongly believe the ban is incorrect. Because the ban is still active, I have not been able to play the game for almost a week now. I also cannot start fresh, since the ban is linked to my Epic Games account and email, which prevents me from connecting a new EA account. I paid full price for the game and I would really like to play it, but right now I am completely unable to access Ultimate Team in any way. I am not trying to bypass the ban, I just want a fair opportunity to play again. Can you please help escalate my case to the Terms of Service team for a manual senior specialist review? I truly believe this situation deserves another look. I understand that you may not be able to directly resolve this, but I wanted to try in case there was any chance of help.
