Thank you for your response. I have already appealed twice, but both times the decision was the same even though I strongly believe the ban is incorrect. Because the ban is still active, I have not been able to play the game for almost a week now. I also cannot start fresh, since the ban is linked to my Epic Games account and email, which prevents me from connecting a new EA account. I paid full price for the game and I would really like to play it, but right now I am completely unable to access Ultimate Team in any way. I am not trying to bypass the ban, I just want a fair opportunity to play again. Can you please help escalate my case to the Terms of Service team for a manual senior specialist review? I truly believe this situation deserves another look. I understand that you may not be able to directly resolve this, but I wanted to try in case there was any chance of help.
