My FC 26 Transfer Market Ban – Request for Manual Review
I’m posting because I’m looking for guidance regarding a Transfer Market ban on my EA SPORTS FC 26 account.
My account was flagged for alleged coin distribution, and I lost access to the Transfer Market. I have appealed multiple times, but the penalty has remained in place.
I want to clearly state that I have never bought, sold, or transferred coins. I also do not use any third-party software, websites, apps, bots, or auto-buyers for trading. All of my Transfer Market activity is done manually through my PS5 using the official FC 26 game interface.
My trading consists of manually sniping and flipping players. I purchase players listed below market value and relist them at an appropriate market price. I was trading frequently because I was saving coins to purchase a 99-rated player and work towards building a 99-rated team.
I understand that EA has systems designed to protect the game from coin distribution and other violations. However, I genuinely believe my legitimate Transfer Market activity may have been incorrectly interpreted.
I am respectfully asking EA to have a human member of the appropriate Terms of Service team personally examine my Transfer Market transaction history and coin history. I believe a review of the actual transactions will show that my coins were earned through legitimate in-game trading.
I have also submitted a privacy/data request asking for information relating to my Transfer Market activity, the penalty, previous appeals, and the data used in connection with the enforcement action.
I would genuinely prefer to resolve this directly with EA. However, if I cannot obtain a meaningful review of the evidence behind the penalty, I intend to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) to formally document the issue and seek assistance in having my case properly reviewed. This is not intended as an attack on EA—I simply want my account and transaction history examined fairly by a person.
If anyone has experienced a similar situation or has advice about getting a proper manual review, I would appreciate hearing from you.
Thank you.
Hey Joeycrack2010,
Unfortunately we can't look into bans here on the forums. If you reach out to our terms of service team, they'll be able to take a look into your ban for you. You can raise a dispute with them and they'll be able to review the activity which triggered your ban.
