Not received my icon due to EAs fault.

I pre order the game on august the 24th, and it went trough and i waited and checked my bank that i had the money on the card everyday, i check my mail everyday to see how the processing was doing. Because i wanted the charge to go trough. Then i keept waiting and waiting. Then i find out 2 days before the release that my order has been canceled. But not given any reason, and not being able to fix it, just told me it got cancelled. So i pre order it again and it worked instantly. I have now spent 2 days talking whit the EA live chat who has been telling me they are trying resolve this issue. I haven't got my Icon but before u say that i pre order it to late, no i did not. I order it on the 24th then EA cancelled my order 2 days before the release for no reason. How i know it wasn't a money issue is because when i pre order it instantly after i got the canceled email it worked straight away. I just want the icon i deserve. This is so cruel to do to their own fan base. I never cancelled it, EA did. so how am i being punished for it?

I have screenshots if a EA Employe want to actually try to help. But as in the past i have noticed that is something they don't do sadly.
