I have already watched the EA official gameplay livestream on YouTube on September 15th for more than 60 minutes. It has been 7 days, but I still haven’t received my objective reward.
I also tried watching via Twitch for more than 60 minutes, and even after more than 48 hours I still haven’t received the objective reward either.
Both my YouTube and Twitch accounts are already linked to my EA account.
Please help me resolve this issue.
As far as I know, YouTube streaming rewards had some problems. No one received those via YouTube.
For Twitch stream rewards, did you claim them in twitch inventory after 60 minutes of completion?
I just checked and it’s not in my Twitch inventory. Should I try watching it again on Twitch? But in the All Campaigns section, the FC 26 official gameplay is no longer available
You cannot watch now. Drops are enabled during an event for a certain time limit.
If it's not available in your inventory, it means several things—
1. You didn't exactly watch during event timelines.
2. You may be logged in using a different user ID or not logged in properly.
3. Your browser or Twitch app are not active to track your progress, Etc.
Going forward, please watch the stream during event timelines. It will show you a message saying 'Drops are enabled', track your progress in the drops section and claim once you complete the criteria. Once you claim on twitch, it will reflect in the game within 24 hours.
