Ongoing Issue – Division 5 Matches Not Counting

Hello,

I’ve been stuck in Division 5 for a whole week. Every time I win a match, the game suddenly disconnects in the middle or near the end, shows “Reviewing match,” and then counts it as a draw. This happens repeatedly, and it’s preventing any progress in Division Rivals.

Additionally, the Rush mode doesn’t complete properly either.

This situation is really frustrating because I’m putting time and effort into the game, and it feels unfair.

Please help me fix this issue or at least make sure Division matches finish correctly and reflect the result — win or loss.

I just want fair progress. I’m not playing for free.
