Online Draft Bug - Opponent Quits, Draft Ends, and I Get the Worst Rewards

Hello everyone,

The issue is with Ultimate Team Online Draft — I’ve bought several entries for 15k coins each (at least 3–4 times), meaning I’ve already lost around 60k coins because of this bug.

Here’s what happens every single time:
- The match starts, and my opponent quits immediately.
- The game ends my entire draft right away.
- Even if I was winning the match, I still receive the lowest possible rewards, as if I lost.

I’ve recorded some clips of this happening — I can share the videos here if needed.

This is really frustrating; we work hard to earn coins, and losing them due to a bug makes the game experience very discouraging.

Has anyone else faced the same issue? Did you find any solution or response from EA about this?

Please, EA team — we just want fair gameplay and proper compensation for this issue.
