Opponent forfeit and lost

Hey,

I was winning a game, and my opponent disconnected to forfeit the match. However, the game had an error and forced to turn off by Playstation. I reported the problem with a screen shot. What should I do to get an additional match, as I was winning and I did not leave the game.
