Pre-order season pass
Did not pre order by 25. august but i tought everyone should have gotten the premium season pass by now? Have not got it. What do i need to do?

I have tried clearing the cache on the PS5 through PlayStation Safe Mode. I also unplugged the console and powered it up again, but I’m still only able to purchase the Premium Season Pass. No gamesharing is involved — the purchase was made on the PlayStation Store on the same PS5.
