Technical issue

When I play Rivals matches in Ultimate Team, my players move, pass and shoot completely on their own, without me pressing anything. It only happens online (in Rivals), not offline matches. I already tried resetting tactics, checking my controller, reinstalling the game, and turning off all assists, but nothing helps. Please check my account or fix this gameplay/input bug.
