There are suddenly 10 accounts on my team in Ultimate Team Champions

In 2 matches in a row in Champions I am unable to control my players and I suddenly find 10 nameless accounts on my team. I cannot switch between my players and I cannot do anything for the 90 minutes.

This costed me 2 losses and I had to forfiet my second match.
