Transfer market ban!

Question

I’ve exhausted all my resources and this is my final plea. I’ve been banned from my transfer market as of 19th of October due to buying a particular silver card and selling for profit. I knew the card would rise due to the new world tour silver star event coming out and people needing players for there teams. As trying to sell these cards I go off and come back to see I’ve been banned for this due to it flagging as a “coin distribution” or coin buying/coin selling. I appealed my case to ea help but with my first attempt they rejected it and didn’t give me any reason or evidence to support their claim. I appealed a further 2 more time with more detail and a pdf helping my case with bank statements, a graph showing the cards fluctuation and evidence of the cards I have. My account was in good health until this happened due to never having a ban before or a penalty. Can anyone help me here as I’m on the verge of giving up and I do love this game. I need serious help with this. I’m not at fault here and I’ve never bought or sold coins. Please help

Yeah that sucks, from anything ive seen previous though I would not hold out for anything being sorted, EA help never seem to "help" even when people are begging to be helped or even for proper reasons etc, thats the issue when dealing with a company when have 0 accountability, and just have horrific customer service.

Trading is a big part of the game now a days as playing the game itself, I have never done it personally, I'm one of the people who help mechants as I buy at the wrong time all the time 😁, I seem to buy and sell at the worse times.

However ive seen people who do it and study the market etc etc and can see the appeal.

Obviously there are also people who do cheat / sell or buy coins, however EA should have to show the person they are banning proper evidnce they have and give a human response, not there bog standard copy and paste they send to everybody.

What makes me laugh as well as they are wayyyyyyy more interested in people making a few coins then they seem to be stopping hackers messing up the game for people every week, that hasnt been solved in how many years now

it’s either I wait and hopefully get unbanned from my last appeal or just rock on with my evo squad and try enjoyed the game with what I have. I’ll keep you updated&nbsp;
