Transfer market bugged...still

So been playing for over 100 hours no major issues, i pre purchased the game via steam but then wanted Early access so paid for one month of EA play pro and after my month was up re installed the game via steam. once i loaded up and went to my Transfer market i can no longer put any players up for sale and i have a Lenny Yoro sat with a £72k bid on him that i cannot access as the 2 attachments show.

i can still search the market and buy players but if i cant sell then what is the point in FC UT!

i have got through 6 times on the EA chat after waiting ages each time to be told "ahh unlucky nothing we can do just put it in the forum"...so here i am spent £75 to play a game that now i cant play properly and no help given by EA 

Anyone else have this bug or just me?
