Transfer Market Still not available on App

Hello EA Support,

I have been playing FC Ultimate Team for over three weeks, I have completed all of the foundation requirements, I have logged in to the app on numerous occasions and I have also bought FIFA Points as that was what the App said that was needed in order to unlock transfer access.

Please tell me why the transfer market is not open on either the web or the companion app as I have adhered to all the rules you have set on the guidelines and yet I still dont have access.

Please could you resolve this issue asap
