Ultimate Team & Rivals Unplayable

The Problem: Every match I try to play shows "opponent has left the match" and disconnects before completion. This happens consistently, making these modes completely unplayable.

Request: This seems to be a region-specific issue affecting Asian players, particularly in Malaysia. Could you please investigate the server connections for this region? It's been over 3 weeks and I haven't been able to enjoy the game modes I purchased the game for.
