Unable to move players in FUT matches

My controller works fine throughout the menus but as soon as I try to play in a match I cannot move my players at all yet still able to pause the game, this has made me unable to play the game and making my rivals progress spiral and plummeting my dnf multiplier. I hope this issue can be resolved soon because at this current time I am unable to play the game in its current state. I have tried using 4 different controllers and multiple different cords yet the same issue continues
