Unclaimable evo in unassigned items

Hi , I am having an issue on the companion app as well as my actual fc 26 on console where an unassigned item which is some evo I don’t know what one it is but when I try to claim it an error pops up on both companion app as well as the game itself , I play on ps5 has anyone else had this issue and know a fix? It’s stopping me from opening any packs basically making the game unplayable to a degree and it’s been happing for weeks now.
