Unfair Permanent Transfer Market Ban

I have never been involved in coin buying or distribution. My account is 16 years old, and I have been a legitimate, long-term player and trader, always abiding by EA’s Terms of Service. I am genuinely devastated by this restriction. I was not able to provide any additional supporting evidence of my own. i was not given any evidence either. i am posting on here because this is unwarranted and unjustified. i have thousands of trades on my account and have traded fairly since ultimate team began in 2009. Could you please clarify which transaction(s) triggered this restriction? I would like to fully understand so I can avoid any issues in the future. 

I can provide screenshots and videos showing sales and emails of the ban. these contain sensitive info so do not want to post in a general message

    no i have not had it resolved my account has been perma banned for this year. i believe the item was a rodri that i was investing in for fodder and i listed higher than market value around 98k he was going for about 30k at the time but wasnt many on the market. someone lazy bought in final few seconds. i thought would be very unlikely to sell was just investing in high rated fodder to hold but put up for quite alot over market value. They said i was coin distributing and coin selling. which is an entirely false claim. have no connection to buyer. only thing is put well over market value. was a natural sale that flagged cos i put up too high in their price ranges and someone didnt look at his price before panic buying. was day before official release day

    CODzombie777​ that’s so weird man, like it isn’t your fault that someone panic and bought it..my ticket got transferred recently to team of service. I’m also waiting to hear back from them. It’s so annoying I can’t enjoy the full experience since I haven’t played this game for 2 years and I preordered it too..
