Web app “login unavilable”

Just signed up for EA Play for 6.99 to trial FC26 before purchase. Have logged in on PS5 successfully and played 5-10 games.

I then tried to log into web app and was met with “login unavailable” error.

I have previously played FIFA/EAFC 21-24. Did not play last year. 

Any ideas? Was kicked out of an EA help queue after more than an hour waiting. Thanks
