Just to check, what's the status of your case if you check under My Cases? (Just be careful not to continue it, as that will pull it out of the queue.)
Unfortunately there isn't a way to "fast track" your way through the appeals process. Depending on a number of factors such as volume, it can take a few days before our terms of service team can investigate your appeal.
I understand first of all that checking the case status shows it entered "waiting on studio" 3 days ago. You might tell me it could take up to 10 days to process. So let me ask: next week is Christmas, entering the holiday period. Am I supposed to wait for you all to come back from vacation? The key point is, this is a false ban in my case. And more crucially, EA never compensates players for its own false bans, does it? If I were falsely banned for over a week during the Team of the Year (TOTY) period, would there even be any point in playing FC for the rest of the year? I respect that you might issue false bans to maintain the game environment, but is it reasonable for players to bear the consequences of your mistakes?
