Worst experience ever in FC26， got a false ban for almost 1 week and no response

I’m waiting another couple days to see if I’m either perm banned or if it was just 2 weeks cause the emails contradict each other. This company is useless the way they handle things. I got a warning last month because someone logged into my account and transferred almost all my coins, I contacted EA and they took the rest of my coins away and then gave me a warning and now this **bleep**. It’s ridiculous. How much longer are we supposed to wait for them to get back to us only for them to say they can’t do **bleep** 😂
