Wrong David Alaba item
Today, a sbc that rewards a Gold Starting XI dropped, i completed it and got the pack.
When I opened the pack, I found that i got a rare gold David Alaba item, while I should pack the Joga Bonito one, cuz it is the one in packs.
Contacted the live chat support, told them what happened, and couldn't even understand the issue and ended the chat from there end with a very disrespectful way
