I have been wrongly transfer banned on FC 26 despite never engaging in coin trading or any form of rule-breaking. I have submitted multiple appeals and sent numerous emails trying to resolve this issue, but each time I only receive automated responses with no real explanation or investigation into my case.I have not been given any clear information about why the ban was applied, and I’m not even allowed to reopen the case to provide further evidence or clarification. This lack of communication has made it impossible for me to properly defend myself or understand what I supposedly did wrong.It’s extremely frustrating to be penalized without proper support or transparency, especially after repeatedly reaching out and making genuine efforts to resolve the situation. Despite emailing many times, I still haven’t received a proper response or any meaningful information about my case.

It it’s indeed a sad state of affairs, banning you from playing online for balance transfer does not make any sense, makes you wonder what is really going on in there but we will never know unfortunately.I am sorry this has happened to you as well and I hope it can be resolved asap. That does indeed sound very worrying, I don’t understand how they are accusing you of violating the transfer market rules if you can’t even use it in the first place.For me personally I had a coin wipe and 2 days later a transfer ban. Nothing since then. I noticed in February 2 cases in my case history that I have no recollection of making and they don’t say what they are about

Don't bother trying, I also got a store ban without doing anything. My appeal was rejected for the fourth time; they say there's evidence, oh I wish I knew what they found, how easy it is to disregard our efforts.

Typical EA. Probably carrying out a lottery every day to ban someone. Sorry to hear that the appeal was rejected again. I guess all the cases will end up with the same fate.

Also, I think they allow a maximum of 3 appeals. So I reckon you save one in case they provide more detail in DSAR which can be used as an evidence to make the final appeal.

Yeah, hopefully they rectify it.

When I got the ban email, I was really mad at EA because there were chain EVOs I would be missing out on which would expire in the next 1-2 days.

After a day or two, I realized it might take a few days to get my account back. I was again mad at EA because I might miss out on Ligue 1 TOTS.

Yesterday I realized that ban overturn percentage is probably less than 1%. I was worried whether I would be able to complete the season pass. There will be 4-5 days left when I get my account back. And before the ban I was at level 8 or 9.

Today I just realized I may not even get my account back. :) And even if I do, they might remove players / coins / transfer market access without any fault whatsoever.

Things escalated real quick.

I was watching another more recent video and he said something similar happened during winter wildcards, and back then the bans were reversed for whatever reason, so maybe the only hope we have is that they reverse it this time once again 🙏🏻🤞🏻

It's so funny. They're banning people who probably never bought a single coin from external sources and overlooking YTbers promoting those external sources.

Even if I play next year, I will not invest into any FPs. Better safe than sorry.
