Error with Premier League squad numbers

When lower-league teams are promoted to the Premier League, the squad numbers on their shirts and shorts are bugged. I have attached examples from Oldham, Newport, Millwall, and Wigan. This has been happening since previous editions of the game and is extremely annoying; please fix the issue.

I’ve been testing various teams, and this issue keeps cropping up for many of them: West Ham away kit, Middlesbrough away kit, Charlton away shorts, Norwich away kit, and Wolves away kit. Please fix this; you just need to set the correct color for the squad numbers. A Premier League Career Mode is unplayable like this.
