Online Seasons – Bench changes are not being saved

In EA SPORTS FC 27 Online Seasons, changes made to the starting lineup are saved correctly, but changes made to the bench/substitutes are not saved.

For example, if I go into Team Management and replace players on the bench with other players from the squad, everything looks correct at first. However, after leaving the menu and entering Team Management again, the bench has reverted back to the default players.

The starting XI changes remain saved, so the issue seems to affect only the bench.

Game mode: Online Seasons
Issue: Changes to substitutes/bench players are not saved.
Expected behavior: Changes made to both the starting XI and the bench should remain saved between matches.
