Bugged Draft Rewards Gold Aubameyang

Hello EA Support team,

I have just claimed my FC 27 Draft rewards and packed base Gold Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang. However, his special Promo version Destined for Glory is currently live in packs. I should have received the promo card instead of the regular gold item.

This issue happened during a double walkout animation featuring Neves and Stanway. Aubameyang dropped as a regular gold card, and it feels like this double walkout animation might have caused the glitch.

Could you please investigate this issue, update my card to the promo version, or grant the correct compensation?

Thank you.
