The ninth victory in Champions was not counted

I achieved my ninth victory in Champions, winning the match in a penalty shootout with a score of 20:19. After the match ended, for some unknown reason, I was kicked out of the game and it was counted as a loss. I was given a penalty for leaving the game, even though I hadn’t left, and there was no disconnection from my account. How do I get the award I deserve from EA?
