MANAGER MODE PROBLEM

EA you are billion dollars worth company and fc27 is the most broken manager mode I played so far. You are a game from my childhood asking my dad to buy me the new fifa (fc) same thing you get the idea just to enjoy this wonderful game it was sadly. How come manager career mode is so bad with those "innovations". Players from academy can't get loaned out. Players that are unhappy and get playing then turn happy still have a transfer request and can't renew contract thanks to the innovating futures that "improve" manager career mode and make it more impressive and fun... It just can't understand how can you apply a new features that are not working the right way in the first place. Anyways excuse me for wasting your time reading this post if you ever will and sorry for my English it's not my first language.
