Player’s requesting transfer due to playing time

Is anyone else experiencing issues with their players morale in manager career? I am doing Real madrid save and so far 4 player have requested a loan or a transfer. For example, yan diomande has requested a loan due to “ lack of playing time”. Diomande has played 18 games for me so far meanwhile vini jr and mbappe have played 22 and 23 games. So make it make sense. I also have rudiger and trent wanting to leave on a transfer even tho they play plenty of games also. And lunin wanting to leave on loan also, even tho he’s a backup keeper on a sporadic role. So it just confuses me tbh. I hope someone from EA sees this so they can fix it. It’s also messing with the dynamic ovr (diomande went down to a 80 ovr) because they just get unhappy and it makes no sense especially since they have plenty of playing time.
