Add a Notification Counter to the Career Mode Home Screen

When we receive new notifications in Manager Career—such as player chats, emails,—it would be helpful to show a small red notification badge with the number of unread notifications on the notification/message tab on the home page.

Just like on a phone:

🔴 3 = 3 unread notifications.

Right now, it’s easy to continue through the Career Mode menus without realizing that new messages or emails are waiting.

It’s a very small UI addition, but it would make the home screen clearer and make important messages much harder to miss.
