Title: [BUG] Missing substitution cutscenes & robotic/glitchy audio

Hello EA Sports team,

I'd like to report a few bugs I've encountered while playing EA Sports FC 27 on PC (MSI laptop).

1. Substitution cutscenes are missing. Normally there's a camera animation showing a player being subbed out and the new player coming in, but in my game this animation frequently doesn't play at all, so substitutions just happen instantly with no visual transition.

2. During replays (for example after a goal), the camera sometimes shows a strange angle fixed on the center circle, like a cameraman standing there, instead of showing the actual goal action.

3. Most frustratingly, the in-game audio randomly turns into a crackling, robotic-sounding distortion, as if the sound is stuttering or delayed. Some sound effects (like commentary or crowd/stadium audio) disappear completely, even though gameplay/FPS remains smooth with no lag.

Troubleshooting steps I've already tried before reporting:

- Disabled all audio enhancements (Nahimic)

- Changed the audio sample rate in Windows settings

- Verified integrity of game files

- Updated audio drivers

The issue still persists after all of this. Could you let me know if this is a known issue, and roughly when a fix/patch might be expected? Thanks for looking into this.
