Career mode issues I have experienced

I have been playing FC27 career mode since the game came out. Although I have been enjoying the changes made so far there are some serious improvements that need to be made as it’s frustrating myself and I’m sure others have experienced the same. These are the issues I have experienced so far although I know some people have experienced similar or different issues entirely:

1. Authentic mode is practically unplayable. 
   I have played the game on authentic mode since the mode was introduced. I prefer the slower tactical based gameplay and enjoy the adaptive AI. This years version of this is extremely disappointing. The players cannot control simple passes or even make them themselves and it’s a constant turnover of possession between the teams. Because of this the games are extremely boring with almost nothing happening every game. I am using a Championship team so their ability should not be impacted so much as it is. I have had to play with custom sliders to cope with this and it has ruined my immersion in the game because of the ability of the players and the extremely slow gameplay. 
2. Transfers are broken. 
   Almost every player I go for always gets bought by another team regardless of player interest at the time of enquiry. It takes far too long for the AI to respond to transfers as well thus killing large portions of the transfer market. I am currently at January 30th and so far I have only signed 3 players all season (1 free agent, 1 loan and 1 permanent transfer). Free agents also only join during transfer windows. I don’t know whether it’s because I have put strict and realistic for both transfer options but even with those turned on it shouldn’t mean that every player I enquire to buy decides to leave for another club every time. 
   
   
3. I think dynamic OVR is broken too. 
   The dynamic OVR is an absolutely brilliant addition to the game and I think in time it will be what keeps every season alive and individual to other seasons in saves. However my experience so far has been mixed to say the least. I have been on unbeaten runs with my team, scoring goals and getting assists with certain players whilst also keeping clean sheets in defence but for some reason the majority of my teams OVR has decreased rather than improved. For example, my goalkeeper has the highest amount of clean sheets in the league, yet he is at a negative OVR. I’m not sure whether it’s because it’s tied to player ratings during the game but if this is the case then player ratings need tweaking because defenders and players in positions with smaller impacts in the game shouldn’t be penalised for not having as much of an impact but still having a good game. 
   
   
4. Beyond broadcast is still broken. 
   When switched on the refs whistle sounds are not heard until the end of each half and it’s almost like a delay as multiple whistles are blown at the same time. This is annoying because the beyond broadcast actually does enhance the atmosphere and gameplay for me and is noticeably better than when it’s switched off. Just a minor thing but I thought I would point it out. 
   
   
5. I can’t organise my team anymore on the team management screen. 
   Another minor but incredibly annoying issue for me, but I like to organise my team in positional order so it’s easier for me to find and swap players out when rotating the team. Every time I organise my team in this order the game will reorganise my team in a completely random order and it’s incredibly frustrating. I think this may be tied to the squad updates when the OVR changes but I would love for this to be fixed. (Also I hate to jump on the bandwagon but the team management screen is incredibly ugly lol)

These are the main issues that I have been experiencing. Although I know of some other issues people are experiencing, like players demanding transfers after missing a couple of games and broken AI transfers, I haven’t come across any of this yet. I really hope a lot of this can be fixed because this career mode has the potential to be the best for a long time and I am very excited for the future iterations from the FC franchise. I hope this all helps to build a better game.
